Large, cabochon cut dendritic opal gemstones with enchanting drawing are combined with deep red, facetted cut garnet gemstones.

Pendant: A large cabochon cut dendritic opal is decorated with slightly larger, smaller, facetted cut garnet gemstones. The large dendritic opal measures 30x18mm. The larger garnet is drop-shaped and measures 10x7mm, the smaller garnet gemstones have a diameter of 5mm, and each 8x5mm in size.

Earrings: Above a large oval dendritic opal with 17x13mm size are two facetted cut garnet gemstones with 7mm and 5mm diameter.

Ring: The oval cabochon-cut dendritic opal measures 25x18mm. The four garnet gemstones are facetted, the round garnet measures 6mm in diameter, the teardrop-shaped one is 6x4mm and the navette-shaped one is 10x5mm. The ring band is 3mm wide. The ring is available in ring size 60.

Each gemstone is solidly set in 925 sterling silver.

The dendritic opal is a milky opal with dendritic inclusions. All dendritic opal gems are characterised by dark, dendritic deposits, some of trees, shrubs, ferns or just a moss (= moss opal) (dendritic, branched, ramified).
These inclusions are mostly iron and/or manganese solutions that have penetrated the stone.
