• The purchase of gift vouchers is free of shipping costs.
  For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to order gift vouchers together with items of jewelry that are not free of shipping costs. We ask you to place a second order with the desired pieces of jewelry. Thank you for your understanding.

• You will receive an order confirmation after the purchase.

• Delivery of the gift voucher by e-mail within a short time:
  ☞ You will receive the gift voucher with the voucher code as a document by e-mail.
  This gives you the option of printing out the document or e-mailing the document to the person to whom you are giving the gift voucher.
  If you pay with PayPal, you will receive the gift voucher with the voucher code by e-mail within a few hours.
  If you pay in advance, you will receive the gift voucher with voucher code after receipt of payment by e-mail.

• The voucher code can be redeemed during the ordering process; the amount of the voucher is automatically deducted from the shopping cart.

• The voucher code is valid once within 2 years from the date of issue.

• The minimum order value for shopping with gift certificates is the value of the gift certificate. There is no residual value redemption.

• The voucher does not apply to shipping costs.

• When returning items of jewelry that have been ordered and paid for with a gift voucher, the redeemed voucher will be reimbursed as a new voucher. This new voucher is again valid for 2 years.
